Robert R. Sansbury, III, Esq.

Attorney Robert Sansbury is a Myrtle Beach native and 2001 graduate of Myrtle Beach High School. He was given the “10 Best in Client Satisfaction” award by The American Association of Personal Injury Attorneys, was named “Top 40 under 40” for South Carolina Civil Litigation by The American Society of Legal Advocates, has achieved a peer-reviewed rating of “AV Preeminent” on Martindale Hubbell, and was named a Super Lawyers “Rising Star” nine years in a row (2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022) – an honor reserved for no more than 2.5% of lawyers in South Carolina. Robert has lectured to other attorneys through the South Carolina bar on the use of depositions at trial. He is a co-editor of the publication, “South Carolina Deposition Practice Handbook", and has been invited to speak on legal topics at insurance seminars, classrooms, and other settings.

After law school, Robert served as judicial law clerk to The Honorable Roger M. Young of the South Carolina Circuit Court.  He then worked as a Senior Associate for a large, regional defense firm where he gained invaluable, first-chair experience defending auto accidents, personal injury claims, large-loss trucking accidents, and multi-million dollar asbestos litigation. Robert’s article “Pointing the Finger: An Examination of South Carolina Law Regarding Allocation of Fault to Non-Party Tortfeasors,” written for SCDTAA’s The Defense Line, was cited by Judge Bryan Harwell in a Federal District Court Order. He has tried numerous cases to verdict representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants.

Christopher C. Kinon

Christopher C. Kinon, Esq.

Chris is a native of Conway and decided to return to the Grand Strand after law school to assist his community in legal matters. As a third-generation attorney, Chris has had a passion for the law since a young age. Before joining the Sansbury Law Firm, Chris served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable William H. Seals, Jr of the South Carolina Circuit Court. While clerking for Judge Seals, Chris gained valuable knowledge of the state court system, litigation, and effective courtroom advocacy. Chris is also an active member of the Coastal Inn of Court Chapter of the American Inns of Court.

In 2018, Chris graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law. During law school, Chris found his desire to be a courtroom advocate and effective litigator after winning awards for the highest marks in Trial Advocacy and Best Oral Argument in Legal Research and Writing.

Tamara Fogner Boyer
Attorney and Counselor at Law

Tamara Fogner Boyer, Esq.

Tamara is a Conway native and decided to return to Horry County after graduating from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2017.  Before joining the Sansbury Law Firm, Tamara served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable William H. Seals, Jr. of the South Carolina Circuit Court.  She then worked as an Associate for a local defense firm where she gained experience defending auto accidents, personal injury claims, construction defect suits, wrongful death claims and injuries to children.  She now applies her skills to assist those who have been injured by the negligence of others.  

Tamara is a 2010 graduate of Aynor High School.  She then attended Coastal Carolina University, graduating in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and minor in Sociology.  While in college, she was a research assistant within the Political Science department and student assistant to the University’s President.  While in law school, she was a member of the Children’s Advocacy Law Society, having received her Children’s Law Certificate.  She also interned for the Honorable Kay G. Hearn of the South Carolina Supreme Court for three summers during college and law school.  

Tamara is admitted to practice law in all State and Federal Courts in South Carolina.  She currently resides in Conway with her husband, Zach, and their son.  When not working Tamara enjoys spending time with her family.
